I think these novelty numbers might make a great gift at the office Christmas party. Well it might keep people away from the photo-copier xerox machine illuminating their plums, steamed puddings or crackers!

I have nothing to say but I say it with style, occasional bile and a wry smile...

I'll take a dozen please.
Imagine if you got back from your two hour liquid lunch and all five of the boxes had been ticked?

Life - it's just one darned thing after the next, eggy.
In modern life stress has been labelled as having a negative influence on life. It has been associated with illnesses such as coronary heart disease and depression, however stress can have positive impact too. If we split stress into two types, disfunctional and functional stress, we can see that the body’s response stress can be an immensely useful. A good example of functional stress is the fight or flight response – in a situation of extreme physical danger the body releases adrenaline, which increases strength and physical awareness to help us to escape from the stressor (source of the danger). Dysfunctional stress comes into play if whatever is causing the stress in the original example does not go away. This is the type that has earned stress it’s bad name. One thing to note is that different people find different situations stressful, and don’t always respond in the same way. For example John may find exams extremely stressful and gets very worked up about them, on the other hand David might find exams easy and is not worried about them at all.
